PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared ray communication system which suppresses power consumption at the continuous operation of the same key of a remote control transmitter and also improves responsiveness of a key. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a 1st communication device which has signal transmitting keys and an operating device which has a 2nd communication device that receives a signal from the 1st communication device, and the 1st communication device transmits a 1st signal (2) when a key is pressed and transmits a 2nd signal (3) when a key is released. On the other hand, the 2nd communication device stops the operation of a device when it receives the 2nd signal (3). Also, the 1st communication device transmits the 1st signal (2) only when a key is pressed and transmits the 2nd signal when the key is released. On the other hand, the 2nd communication device continuously performs the operation of the device until the 2nd signal (3) is received after the 1st signal (2) is received. |
