PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly clean the whole surface by flowing down the cleaning liquid along the entire surface of a filter. SOLUTION: A filter 11 is constructed by providing in a plate member 30 a ventilating hole part 31 at an interval left and right having a plurality of slit shaped opening parts, and a cleaning liquid conduit 24 is mounted along an upper edge of the filter 11, and further a cleaning liquid supply hole 42 is formed on a bottom of the cleaning liquid conduit 24 at a left and right intermediate part of each ventilating hole part 31 and on the sides of left and right ends from each ventilating hole part 31. Hereby, the cleaning liquid falls from each cleaning liquid supply hole 42 biassed to left and right both ends from the ventilating hole 31 so that the cleaning liquid falls down uniformly along the entire surface of the filter 11 to clean the entire surface unfirmly. |
