SOLUTION: A 1st file wherein received money data is stored, a 2nd file in which received money data on a specific outline of a dividend, etc., is stored, and a 3rd file in which a conversion table for finding a specific code from a transfer requester code is stored are provided. The received money data is stored in the 1st file, received money data on the specific outlines is retrieved from the received money data stored in the 1st file and stored in the 2nd file, and based on the conversion table stored in the 3rd file, the specific code is found out of the transfer requester code of the received money data stored in the 2nd file. The found specific code is set in the received money data and the received money data where the specific code is set is stored in the 2nd file. |
