Cervical pillows with beautification properties for supporting the head and neck of a person are provided. Pillows have a resilient pillow body (30) having an adjustable height head rest (15), a resilient pillow body having a resilient upper portion with a plurality of depressions (9) on a top face of the resilient upper portion for receiving the person's ears, a top face (7, 11) with a planar portion (11) with a downward angular planar declination, and a resilient lower portion with a bottom face (29).
