The fastener (1) has a lever (4) on a plate (5) fixed to one part of the boot (2). A clip (9), joined to the lever, engages on a rack (6) that is fixed to the other part of the boot (3). The position of the lever can be adjusted longitudinally and transversally. The shell has two longitudinal parallel slots under the plate of the lever. Two transversal slots in the plate, longer than the distance between the slots in the shell, cross these slots. Two screws (15) pass through the slots, to immobilize the plate, and screw into nuts under the shell.
