PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the measurement of a three-dimensional distance, for instance that along the travel of tube cavity internal organs or the movement of a view point, in a measuring method for a distance on a three-dimensional image. SOLUTION: A plurality of sectional figures photographed about the objective portion of an inspected body is piled up to obtain a three-dimensional image, and a certain view point is set up to the piled up three-dimensional image, and the above piled up three-dimensional image is shadingly projected from the position of this view point onto a projection plane to recompose a pseudo three-dimensional image and further to recompose the pseudo three-dimensional image after successively moving the above view point, and a distance formed by the movement of the position of view point is computed to measure a distance on the pseudo three-dimensional image. Thus the three-dimensional distance, for instance that along the travel of tube cavity internal organs or the movement of the view point, can be measured. |
