PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of installation per one system by making a consumption current fixed by providing a transmission means for transmitting a low voltage signal to a base of a light emitting element and making a fixed current flow between a base and an emitter intermittently according to a signal. SOLUTION: In an LED drive circuit 5 which is an emitter installed circuit, a collector side of a transistor 3 is connected to a cathode side of a light emitting element 2, an emitter side is installed and a base side is connected to an oscillator. ON/OFF signal by a DC voltage and a pulse voltage is transmitted by an oscillator to a base of a transistor provided to a control part. Then, a signal is transmitted to a wiring according to the signal and thereby a current flows to an emitter direction from a collector of each transistor 2 during ON signal and a light emitting element turns on. In the process, a current value is fixed regardless of a voltage value of a source voltage owing to a function of a Zener diode 6 and a consumption current is fixed. Therefore, the number of installation is increased.
