PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically know the transmission enable state change of call terminating side portable equipment in the case of communication disable state by managing the communication enable states of respective of portable equipment through a data base at a service control station. SOLUTION: Mobile communication services comprises portable equipment 1-5, base stations 6-8, mobile communication network 12 and service control station 13 and mobile communication service areas 9-11. The portable equipment 1-5 discriminates whether it is communication enable state or not according to whether or not a signal transmitted from the base station 6 is able to be properly received. When the communication disable state is changed to the communication enable state, the portable equipment 1-5 originate calls and transmit signals reporting the change to the communication enable state to the service control station 13. The service control station 13 has a data base 14 for managing whether the respective pieces of portable equipment 1-5 are in the communication enable state or not and when the communication enable state change signal is received from any one portable equipment 1-5, the relevant part in the data base 14 is changed. |
