<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the tension of a recording medium accurately even at a narrow part in a tension path in an equipment for performing a proper treatment for a tape by running the tape along a specific tape path. SOLUTION: A measurement part 4 is constituted of stators 5, 5 and a measurement element 6, and the stators 5, 5 are made of a shaft member that is directly fixed to a base body 2 by an outer wheel support and is supported by bearings 8, 8 where an inner wheel is rotated so that it can be rotated freely. At the same time, the measurement element 6 is supported rotatably by bearings 16, 16 which are fixed to the other edge part side of an elastic body 10 whose one edge part is fixed to the base body 2 by outer wheel support, and whose inner wheel rotates, where a tape is bridged to the stators 5, 5 and the measurement element 6 so that the tap is pinched from both sides and the level of deflection of the elastic body generated since the measurement element 6 is pressed by the tape is detected by sensors 14, 14 to measure the tension of the tape.</p> |
