PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for measuring the through-hole chain resistor in which an opened through-hole resistor can be located. SOLUTION: Four through-hole resistor 1-4 disposed in a 2×2 matrix are connected to form a through-hole resistor. When a bit line B1 of a row decoder 31 is set on with a const. d-c current being fed to the chain resistor from a const. current source 6, column transistors 11, 12, 15, 16 provide outputs on row output lines L1-L4. When a word line W1 of a column decoder 32 is set on, outputs on the row output lines L1, L2 appear on column output lines R1, R2 whereby the terminal voltage of the through-hole resistor is measured by a voltmeter.
