<p>Communication with a vehicle is performed so as to set optimum values of a device whose characteristics can be changed. Parameters for setting the condition of an electronic device are read from an E2PROM14¿i? of a vehicle (10i) and transmitted to a technical center (40) through a dealer (201) and an information center (301). In the dealer (201), information center (301), and technical center (40) the parameters are stored. The center (40) can collect the parameters of many vehicles and the characteristic values for electronic control of each vehicle and finds the latest optimum parameters. The center (40) transmits the latest optimum vehicle information to the vehicle (10i), and each vehicle updates its own parameters to the latest ones. Therefore, the parameters of each vehicle become the latest.</p> |
