Intrusion detector system with several sensors linked to central controller

The central controller (1) of an intrusion detection system comprising several sensors (C1 - Cn) is able to carry out an integrity test on demand. All supervision or detection information which is sent by a sensor in real time is put into a memory within the central controller for a period of time - for example 24 hours. During an integrity test, the central controller analyses the information which has been put into the memory and indicates by means of light emitting diodes if any of the sensors has not sent any information within the last 24 hours. If the detector has only transmitted supervision information, the associated diodes (D1 - Dn) flashes. If the detector has not transmitted anything then the diode is continuously illuminated.
