Namely, the time when no service is offered in, for example, a karaoke box is determined as an access period. Consequently, a failure in access from the host device 1 to the karaoke terminal 10 for karaoke data distribution can be prevented as much as possible to actualize proper distribution of performance information, and the uploading of operation result information can property by instructed. |
