The support frame has a rigid frame assembly of rectangular shape with an angle between its upper (2) and lower sections. The lower section can have a concave curvature (6) and rounded lower edges. The frame can have a flat rectangular shape (18) positioned between the vertical sides (10) of the upper section and the frame. The frame can have horizontal straps (3) connected at the front of the users body by buckles and each passing through two apertures (9) in the sides of the lower section. There are also two vertical straps (4) which are adjustable and pass to be fixed to the sides of the upper section.
