PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent some automatic transaction device from having no cash balance by leveling the cash balances of individual automatic transaction devices which are installed side by side. SOLUTION: A balance comparison part 702 which inputs the balances of cash stored in balance storage parts 701A to 701B of a hard disk drive 210 in sequence when deciding only some automatic transaction device has a small or large balance informs a handling decision part 703 of the decision and the handling decision part 703 reports handled transactions by the automatic transaction devices according to the decision report of the balance comparison part 702, so that the respective automatic transaction devices announce to customers that transactions to be handled are limited according to the report. |
