DAMPER LEVER OF GRAND PIANO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper lever of a grand piano which may be greatly reduced in a cost, is excellent in size accuracy and weatherability in manufacturing and may be stably mounted with lead without the occurrence of the crack and deformation of a lever body. SOLUTION: This damper lever has a lever body 2 which comprises molded plastic and has housing recesses 4a formed on one flank and insertion holes 4b extending from these housing recesses 4a and opening to the other flank and leads 3 which have heads 3a and shafts 3b extending from these heads 3a. The leads 3 are mounted at the lever body 2 by inserting the shafts 3b into the insertion holes 4b of the lever body 2, housing the heads 3a into the housing recesses 4a of the lever body 2 and caulking the front ends of the shafts 3b.
