PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of a screw member and a plate-shaped member wherein the screw member and the plate-shaped member can be independently work processed. SOLUTION: In a combination, a washer 2 is assembled in a bolt. The bolt is similar to the conventional one. In the washer 2 before assembly, a peripheral edge of a hole in a ring-shaped flat plate surface is a plate shape, the washer, tilting this peripheral edge at an angleα(acute angle) in a center axial direction of the hole, is used, and a hole diameter is larger than an external diameter of a screw part 1a of the bolt. As shown in the drawing A, the washer 2 is inserted to the screw part 1a of the bolt, to be fitted to a non-screw part 1b. As shown in the drawing B, when a plate-shaped part in the hole peripheral edge of the washer 2 is plastically deformed, the hole diameter of the washer 2 is lessened smaller than the external diameter of the screw part, and the washer 2 is assembled.
