<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately dispose an electrode and achieve fabrication of a panel having a large surface area by covering a glass sheet with a photosensitive resin layer, and accurately superposing a barrier array opaque to a radiation on a predetermined position of the resin layer. SOLUTION: A glass sheet 10 is covered with a resin layer 10' made of a material capable of photocrosslinking such as a positive photosensitive resin. A barrier array 3i is accurately superposed on a predetermined position of the resin layer 10' by the use of a rod or a stud, followed by irradiation of a radiation 11, to which the resin layer 10' is sensitive and a wire of the barrier array 3i is opaque. Thereafter, the barrier array 3i is removed, and the resin layer 10' is cleaned. The resin at an unexposed section is formed as a mask, and an exposed portion 5i is removed. The position and dimension of the resultant mask is completely conformed with the barrier array 3i. Subsequently, a conductive material is stuck between mask regions, thereby forming an electrode 2i.</p> |
