PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the three-dimensional structure estimating device which can estimate the more detailed three-dimensional structure of an object in a visual field while providing an image of a wide visual field and an image of high resolution as to part of the visual field. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a thinning-out sampling part 7 which thins out pixels of a narrow-field image 6 and generates and outputs a pixel unit matching image 8 whose pixel units are matched and a depth image generation part 9 which inputs a matched wide-field image 5 and the pixel unit matched image 8, calculates the depth of video through direct comparison, and generates and outputs a depth image 11 as a conversion part which performs conversion so as to match the wide-field image 5 and narrow-field image 6 outputted by cameras 3 and 4 that have a wide-field cone 1 and a narrow-field cone 2 of different visual fields and generate videos of different resolution for stereoscopic operation. Further, the thinning-out sampling part generates images whose pixels match each other on every small movement, so that the depth is estimated more in detail.
