<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately restrain a field current and prevent a generator output from abnormally increasing by combining the earth wiring of a field current detecting element with the ground wiring of a field current control means, on the upstream side from the ground terminal of a hybrid integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A power source terminal (a), a field current control terminal (b) and a ground terminal (c) are installed as terminals for external connection. The ground wiring of a field current detecting resistor 308 is combined with the ground wiring of an IC, on the upstream side from the terminal part of the ground terminal (c) for external connection, i,e., on the field current detecting resistor 308 side. Even if the resistance value of contact resistance changes according to the state of soldering, the resistance value of the contact resistance between the ground wiring of the field current detecting resistor 308 and the ground wiring of the IC is constant, so that the ground potential for field current detection is stabilized. As a result, the field current is accurately restrained, and a generator output is prevented from increasing abnormally.</p> |
