<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep information in a proper state even if a nail or other articles slide in a machine read area and to eliminate a misread and an unreadable state by providing a coloring stain preventive layer on the surface of the machine read area on a print surface where information for a machine read is thermally printed. SOLUTION: A heat-sensitive coloring layer is provided over the entire surface of a document body 5, and the surface where the heat-sensitive coloring layer is positioned is used as the print surface 7 where a printer equipped with a thermal head can output various information by thermal printing. Then the whole recipient information entry part is covered with the the coloring stain preventive layer 9 and the machine read area inside it is covered completely with this coloring stain preventive layer 9. The coloring stain preventive layer 9 sufficiently withstands the heat at the proper print output by the printer equipped with the thermal head and the information output at the heat printing to a recipient information entry part and machine read part is not spoiled.</p> |
