PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively balance or control a rotor without force even in case of the rotating speed being different by modifying vibration damping elements. SOLUTION: A support roller bearing body 30 is provided with a frame 31a, and two support rollers 31, 32 are journalled in this frame 31a. The support rollers 31, 32 are vertically supported to a base frame 31 by the frame 31a through a vibration damping intermediate element 37. Vibration damping intermediate elements 37b, 37c are supported between two faces extended obliquely to a vertical line. Supporting as a whole is performed by support faces, arranged in tank shape, of the base frame 31. When an adjusting key 40 is vertically moved by fluid operation on two support faces 38 adjacent to the intermediate element 37b or 37c attached to the base frames 31, 39 of the support roller bearing frame 31a, movability of the elastomer elements 37b, 37c can be blocked. |
