PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover dust in the outside and efficiently cool a house by providing a cooler for sucking air obtained after recovering dust exhausted from an exhaust device with a filter for sucking and recovering generated dust, cooling the air and supplying the cooled air to a working house. SOLUTION: The suction port of an exhaust device 4 with a filter is connected to a working house 2 through an exhaust duct 3, and the air supplying port 8 of a cooler 7 is connected to the working house 2 through a cold air supply duct 6. The exhaust port 9 of the exhaust device 4 with the filter is connected to the suction port 11 of the cooler 7 through a connecting duct 9. As a result, air in the working house 2 can be efficiently cooled without releasing cold air. Further, since the air pressure of the house 2 is not higher than that in the periphery thereof, dust can be prevented from leaking outside from the space of the house 2. |
