PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the disagreement of data and the collision of reference/update in the case of processing data individually with respect to an original and a copy within each system combined by a communication system. SOLUTION: N update request from application on a client 1 executed by an application executing part 16 is temporarily stored in a client spool 13. After waiting the connection of the client 1 and a server 2, the update request from application is transferred and preserved in a server spool 23. A server controller 21 examines the presence of collision between the update request and another referring request. When there is no collision, a data original in an original storing part 22 and data within cache 12 are updated according to the request. When there is collision on the other hand, data is not updated. Then the presence/absence of collision is reported to a referring requesting person and an updating result is reported to an update requesting person.
