<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed image with excellent smoothness of the surface without applying a large amt. of oil, and to provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner having both of such a high strength that is not broken by the stress of stirring in a developing device and such a high hardness that does not generate embedding of an external additive, etc. SOLUTION: This electrostatic charge image developing toner consists of at least a resin and a coloring agent, and the resin consists of a vinyl polymer. The component of the resin soluble with tetrahydrofuran(THF) shows mol.wt. peaks in the region between >=5000 and <15000mol.wt. and in the region between >=30×10<4> and <40×10<4> mol.wt. The storage elastic modulus G'160 of the toner at 160 deg.C ranges 500 to 1200dyn/cm<2> , while the loss elastic modulus G"160 at 160 deg.C ranges 1500 to 30000dyn/cm<2> .</p> |
