PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the effect on a refrigerant circulation passage by reducing the effect of moisture, and reducing the quantity of the generated oligomer or the complex compound caused by the oligomer. SOLUTION: A polyphenylene sulfide film 5 is spirally wound and formed into a cylindrical shaped by ultrasonic seal machining to obtain a lead wire insulating tube 5. A poly-p-phenylene sulfide film containing the p-bond phenylene sulfide unit of 90mol.% or above is used for this film, and the melting viscosity at 300 deg.C at the shearing speed of 300sec<-1> is 300-100000 poise or below. The inclination is set to 0.01-1kg/mm<2> /% at the extension of 20% on the stress- strain curve when a film piece cut out in the vertical and horizontal directions and having the width of 10mm is extended at 25 deg.C at the speed of 600%/min. The hygroscopic property of the tube 5 is 0.06% or below, and the quantity of the generated oligomer is 0.07% or below. The extension holding ratio of 85% or above is obtained for the hydrolysis resistance when the tube 5 is held for five days in the saturated steam at 155 deg.C, and the heat-resistant temperature becomes 160 deg.C or above. |
