PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rolled belt-like body to be detachable smoothly so as to execute faster rolling work by feeding lubrication solution to a winding shaft forming an electrode plate group through dripping or applying. SOLUTION: A positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate are integrally rolled with a separator so as to form an electrode plate group. The end portions 12a, 14a of first and second rolling shafts 12, 14 of the electrode plate group are integrally supported by a support mechanism 16. A diameter expanding mechanism 18 is engaged with the large diameter end portions 12b, 14b of the first and the second rolling shafts 12, 14, and the first and the second rolling shafts 12, 14 are displaced in a diameter direction crossing mutually in an axis direction. The first and the second rolling shafts 12, 14 are rotated by a rotation mechanism 19, and simultaneously lubrication solution is fed to the first and the second rolling shafts 12, 14 from a lubrication solution feeding means 20. The lubrication solution feeding means 20 is provided with a quantitative discharge needle 82, and the lubrication solution of saturated hydrocarbon or the like is dropped or applied in quantitative amount. Thereby, the shafts 12, 14 are smoothly and surely detached from the electrode plate group. |
