A speed correcting part 28 corrects the speed of the moving body from the difference between the pitch angle stored in the output memory part 26 and the present pitch angle calculated by the pitch angle calculating part 25. An acceleration dispersion evaluating part 29 calculates the statistical evaluation of the acceleration stored in the output memory part 17. A moving distance calculating part 30 calculates the moving distance of the moving body 21 from the acceleration measured by the acceleration sensor 22 and the pitch angle calculated by the pitch angle calculating part 25, and calculates the position of the moving body 21 from the calculated moving distance and the moving azimuth calculated by a moving azimuth calculating part 24.
