PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate and associate the number of defectives by components with inventory management by taking defective components out by referring to a component table, and updating a failure number and the rest in an inventory management table on the basis of the number of defectives inputted as to takenout defective components. SOLUTION: When inputting a defect item as an inspection result, a retrieval means 4 takes a total record out by referring to a component-by-defective-item table 6 on the basis of the defect item, and refers to a component table on the basis of the taken-out total code to take a defective component out. Then an inventory associating means 5 updates the failure number and rest in the inventory management table 9 on the basis of the defect number inputted as to the taken-out defective component. Therefore, the inspection result (defect factor and quantity) is reported and then the components and defective number are associated to automatically found inventory management to automatically calculate the numbers of defectives by components and associate them with the inventory management without conventional troublesome operation. |
