PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal use by taking a magnetic card in a card conveyance path and boring a punch hole according to magnetic information rewritten by a magnetic head, and then slightly shifting the magnetic card and boring another punch hole succeeding to the punch hole. SOLUTION: New money information which is rewritten is inputted to a punch unit 9, an electromagnetic solenoid is powered ON, and the driving iron core in the electromagnetic solenoid is slid down, and a circular punch hole 6a of a 1st time is bored in the card 6 with a punch pin. After the punch hole 6a of the 1st time is bored, the card 6 is shifted in position slightly by a card conveying mechanism and in this state, another punch hole 6b is bored again, thus boring the punch hole 6 succeeding to the punch hole 6a of the 1st time. Consequently, it becomes difficult to fill the punch hole 6a completely, and the card is prevented from illegally being used. |
