摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the wear of bearing of a motor by switching either of a power source or an inverter as a driving output source to the motor, and detecting a change in rotational movement generated at the rotating shaft of the motor driven at a fixed rotational speed by means of selectively-switching a plurality of motors. SOLUTION: A search coil 6a involves two toothed part coils 6c, 6d, which are wound around two toothed parts 8c, 8d positioned symmetrically at an interval of approximately 180 degrees as a spatial angle respectively and are connected in series. A change in rotational movement, generated at a rotor 9a and a rotation shaft 10a which are the rotating elements of the first motor 1 is converted into electromotive force by the search coil 6a, and the electromotive force is detected and displayed on a monitor device as the detected data. It is thus possible to predict the lift time of a bearing from the displayed detected data and various types of processed data, and monitor the wear of the bearing of the motor by detecting the wear amount of the motor bearing for each prescribed time step at every or continuously.
