<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive/abort sub-streams, independently of congestion of a relay node by dividing transfer information into the sub-streams in one virtual channel(VC). SOLUTION: In the ATM communication that makes communication among a caller terminal equipment 1 and called terminal equipments 3, 4 via an ATM network including a relay node, the caller terminal equipment 1 divides transfer information into sub-streams, and a cell to identify each sub-stream is provided to a head of each information frame of the sub-stream and the resulting sub- streams are sent through a same VC. The relay node has a discrimination table (decision table) to receive/abort each sub stream and an ATM filtering switch 2 in the same node receives/aborts each sub-stream, based on the discrimination table.</p> |
