摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a fluid pressure in uniformity applied to a rotary shaft opposed to a first/second dynamic pressure generating groove so that the rotary shaft can be stably rotated. SOLUTION: A device comprises a journal bearing device formed so as to variably form a clearance between a bush 25 formed to protrude from an internal surface of a sleeve 20 inserting a rotary shaft 30 and its peripheral surface over a lengthwise direction of a first dynamic pressure generating groove 35 formed in a rotary shaft peripheral surface, and a journal bearing device so as to variably form a clearance between an end part of the rotary shaft 30 and a surface of a thrust bearing 50 over a diametric direction of a second dynamic pressure generating groove 55 formed in a surface of the thrust bearing 50. The clearance is broadened in accordance with going to a center part from both ends of the bush 25 or from an edge part of a surface of the thrust bearing 50, and a sectional shape of a surface of the bush 25 or the thrust bearing 50 is circular arc shape.</p>
