PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize normal and effectual operation of a thermoelectric converter, and prevent cooling capacity of a cold storage fluid from being lowered. SOLUTION: The present apparatus is adapted such that heat is absorbed by a heat absorption member 18 disposed on a heat absorption surface of a thermoelectric converter device 16 from a cold storage fluid encapsulated in a cold storage tank 10, and air is heat exchanged by a heat exchange 22 with the aid of a cold storage fluid where cold is previously stored into cold air which is in turn sent to an air fan spot. Herein, there are provided circulation circuits 27, 28 for supplying and circulating a cooling fluid in a storage tank 29 to a heat dissipation surface of the thermoelectric converter device 16 and cooling the thermoelectric converter device 16 with the cooling fluid, a temperature sensor 4 for detecting temperature of the cooling fluid, a controller 5 for outputting various control signals based upon the temperature of the cooling fluid detected by the temperature sensor 4, a cooling fluid controller 6 for controlling the circulation of the cooling fluid with the control signal from the controller 5, and a drive controller 7 for controlling the drive of the thermoelectric converter device. |
