PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently supercool condensed refrigerant liquid supplied to an indoor machine side evaporator by dropping drain water from the drain pipe of an indoor machine side evaporator to the refrigerant liquid pipe of the outlet of an, outdoor machine side condenser. SOLUTION: Drain water supplied through a drain hose 32 from an indoor machine side evaporator is first guided to the upper end of a refrigerant liquid pipe 20, and then, slowly dropped on the outer peripheral surface of the liquid pipe in shape of a liquid film by a drop guide means composed of a protruding part 21 formed in a spiral structure. During a cooling operation, low temperature drain water is generated on the surface of the indoor machine side evaporator 31. On the other hand, the temperature of condensed refrigerant liquid produced by condensing refrigerant gas flowing in the refrigerant liquid pipe 20 is high. Thus, when the low temperature drain water from the indoor machine side evaporator is guided to the refrigerant liquid pipe 20 of the outlet of the condenser 3 of an outdoor machine 1 side by the drain hose 32 and slowly dropped, it is effectively exchanged with the condensed refrigerant liquid in the refrigerant liquid pipe 20, so that the condensed refrigerant liquid can be supercooled. |
