<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the dimension of a recessed groove with high accuracy and, at the same time, to reduce the man-hours of a method for grinding core of rotary transformer by simultaneously grinding the recessed groove and the central circular through-hole of the core. SOLUTION: In an outer periphery grinding process (process A), the outer periphery of the discoid core of a rotary transformer is ground and, in a first grinding process (process B), the central circular through-hole and recessed groove of the discoid core are simultaneously ground. At the time of simultaneously grinding the hole and groove, the grinding wheels used for grinding the hole and groove are united into one body. It is possible to grind the core by performing the process (process B) for simultaneously grinding the hole and groove, prior to the process (process A) for grinding of the outer periphery of the core.</p> |
