<p>To produce agglomerates from plastics waste material, of different types and sizes, the material charge in the dosing container (1) is prepared until it reaches a nominal vol. value, to be fed into the agglomerator when the previous charge has been processed. During agglomeration, water is sprayed (6) into the cylindrical agglomeration container (3) repeatedly for short periods, through a jet (6), according to the viscosity achieved in the material. At the end of the agglomeration action, the jet (6) delivers shock water to set the material in the container (3). According to its viscosity, the material is dried, and passed through the cutting rotor for reduction.</p> |
