FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: biopreparation has an association of synthrophic microorganisms (6 strains) taken at the definite titer and growth phase in liquid nutrient substrate. Substrate: corn extract or medium containing corn extract, potassium hydrogen phosphate, milled corn cobs and water. Biopreparation is used as an addition to poultry diet at amount 20 g/kg food. Biopreparation increases broiler gain weight, shows high biological activity, inhibits pathogen microorganisms development, activates digestion process in poultry, enhances biosynthesis of amino acids and vitamins, decreases food consumption per production unit. Preparation can be used for prophylaxis and treatment of gastroenteric sicknesses in poultry also. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of preparation. 1 tbl
