Process for manufacturing mixed printed circuits of 105 to 400 and 17 to 105 microns

Industrial Printed circuit mixed signal and Power printed circuit board has copper tracks formed of around 35 and 400 microns depth. The manufacture starts by hole piercing (19) a printed circuit board, and placing graphite (21) in the holes. The printed circuit is then printed (22) with a covering paint and metallised (23) with a copper electrolyte. An etching process (12) is then carried out which produces the different depth tracks required.
