The clutch has a housing (5) divided into a working chamber (4) and a supply chamber (8) by a partition wall (10), provided with a coupling opening (11) controlled by a pivoted valve lever (12). The valve lever has a attached permanent magnet cooperating with an electromagnetic coil (15), supplied with a positive or negative current for moving the valve lever between the open and closed positions.
