The motor is designed for a starting torque of greater than 35 Nm and a startup current of less than the response threshold of a 16 Amp power protection switch to short circuit current. The start-up current is less than 50 Amps, pref. less than 40 Amps. The start-up torque is greater than 40 Nm and is maintained up to at least 200 rpm., pref. to above 300 rpm.
