FIELD: medicine, in particular, equipment for separating soft tissues or organs and for dissecting tissues of different structure, such as commissures or tumors. SUBSTANCE: dissector has casing 2, interchangeable tip 1 mounted on casing end and adapted to carry main cutting member 10 and auxiliary cutting member 11. Cutting members 10 and 11 have circular (longitudinal) and working (transverse) edges. Working edge has acute, rounded or obtuse teeth adapted for dissecting tissue by counter movement. Auxiliary cutting member 11 is fixed on retaining members 12, 26 made in the form of supports for guiding slots 28, 29. Casing 2 has handle 7. Detachable drive has parts disposed in interchangeable tip 1 and in casing 2 and adapted for transmitting circular or reciprocating movement during separating or cutting of tissues.
