FIELD: sanitary facilities. SUBSTANCE: combination water closet bowl-bidet has bowl and warm water and air divider provided with nozzle for local washing and drying user's body installed on bowl from inner side, device for turning divider and shifting it into operating and non-operating position and for displacement of nozzle relative to user's body, and periphery unit also connected with device. Periphery unit consists of devices providing taking off, heating and delivery of water and air to divider and regulating water and air pressure and/or temperature. Divider is made in form of hollow bow-shaped rod rounding the inner surface of bowl in cross direction and provided with nozzle from inner side of bow. One end of rod is installed for turning on horizontal axle on side wall of bowl and is connected to water and air delivering device so that at reversing on turning axle, bow is displaced over inner surface of closet bowl in longitudinal direction with turning and displacement of nozzle relative to sections of body to be washed.
