FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has flexible member with handles defined by flexible member portions, and working part positioned between handles. Flexible member is made in the form of twisted or/and knitted bundles. Each bundle has base made from woven or knitted textile cord wound with at least one flexible cord in braiding. Method involves twisting base cord with braining cord system by winding base cords with braiding cords; taking base cord length as reference length; stretching braiding cords and base cord to extreme deformation extent, with selected length of stretched braiding cords exceeding basic length by predetermined value.
