摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the air ratio at which the heating efficiency at a combution gas temp. becomes maximal by setting the combustion air quantity in a regenerative type burner based on fuel feeding rate to a heating body and gas exhaust ratio exhausted from the burner. CONSTITUTION:The regenerative type burner 5 is formed so as to be alternatively fired by combining two sets consisting of the regenerator 10aintegrated with the burner 11. The combustion gas can be exhausted through the burner 11b at no firing side and the regenerator 10b. The combustion air 12 passes an air duct 14a for combustion and reaches to the burner 11a through the regenerator 10a and is mixed with the combustion gas supplied from a fuel gas supplying tube 15a to execute the combustion. Based on the fuel feeding rate in this heating zone, the setting air ratio of the regenerative type burner, the exhaust ratio of the combustion gas exhausted from the burner and the aimed average air ration, the air ratio making the max. heating efficiency is calculated and fed controllably.
