FIELD: flotation of mineral resources, applicable in coarse-grained flotation of ore and non-metallic minerals at flotation treatment of industrial and sewage water. SUBSTANCE: machine uses a flotation chamber, slit-like screening surface, appliance used to feed coarse-grained supply to the froth layer, made in the form of a hollow ring with inlet connections tangentially arranged in the ring diameter and an outlet from the interior in its lower part. The machine has also an appliance for charging of fine-grained pulp, tubular mixer, pipe connection for discharge of chamber product, froth-collecting chute, pneumohydraulic aerator, parabolic deflector. The hollow ring in the upper part of the inner wall has an annular outlet from its interior screened from the top. Its outer wall in the lower part above the slit-like outlet is tapered. The appliance for charging of fine-grained pulp is located in the chamber axis and made in the form of a vertically positioned cylinder, with the inner wall of the hollow ring serving as its walls. The tubular mixer ring serving as its walls. The tubular mixer is made as an ejector, whose upper part is connected to the cylinder lower end face. The pneumohydraulic aerator is coaxially positioned above the appliance for charging of fine-grained pulp, the parabolic deflector is coaxially secured under the tubular mixer with an annular gap relative to its lower end face. The diameter of the end part of the parabolic deflector exceeds the end diameter of the tubular mixer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
