The ring (1) has an annular zone (2), placed round the finger, which is extended by two diverging wings (3a,3b). These are inclined outwards and are symmetrical with respect to the transversal plane of symmetry (A-A) of the ring. A stone (9) is held between the wings. Each wing has a rib (7a,7b) with a notch (8a,8b) underneath to hold the stone. These are symmetrical to the plane of symmetry of the ring. The base of the stone is in a support (10) which is held in lower notches (11a,11b) in the wings.
