FIELD: biotechnology, cell biology. SUBSTANCE: selection is carried out by repeated cell selection by index of karyotype instability. Index of cell frequency with "bridge" is used for this purpose. After selection of clones with minimal this index cell population showing decreased degree of karyotypic instability is obtained. Cell population showing elevated karyotypic instability is obtained after selection of cells with maximal index. EFFECT: improved method of cell selection. 7 dwg
