PURPOSE:To obtain the title solid edible food at a low cost by subjecting a mixture consisting of high-pressure gas-sealing candy-ground product, hard candy powder and fruit powder, nut ground, fragrance, etc., to compression molding and melting a surface layer part. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure gas sealing candy ground material 1, preferably of 2-70pts.wt. is mixed with one or more kind of fruit, milk product, coffee, cocoa, saccharide, pregelatinized starch, dextrin, powder of animal and vegetable extract, etc., nuts, puffed food 2 of grains, ground product of fruit dried material and vegetable dried material, perfume and acids, preferably of 3-70pts.wt. and the mixture is subjected to compression molding in 1-10kg/cm<2> gauge pressure and the surface layer part is melted at 150-400 deg.C to provide the aimed solid edible food A. |
