<p>The invention concerns the fastening of railway rails. The purpose is to provide an exact positioning of the rail clamp, necessary for automating the process of fastening rails. The invention achieves this by the following means and actions: the rail fastening clamp is used, made from stick shape materials which bend in the form of an "n". The invention has parts which influence the fastening of a clamp for the clamp to be placed in a desirable assembly position. One of the variants of implementation of the invention is shown in fig. 11.<IMAGE></p>
